Arm the national transitional council (Libyan rebels)

Additional Information

I simply want the government to arm the libyan rebels therefore making their side stronger in the battle against the evil dictator Gaddafi. It would also comply with the 1973 UN resolution as it helps the rebel forces beat a dictator who, if had the chance, would massacre the people of Benghazi.
