Petition Action

Stop employers having the right to dismiss employees within the first 2 years of employment, without having to give a valid reason

Additional Information

Employers now have the right to dismiss an employee without having to give a valid reason, if that employee has been there less than 2 years, and started their employment after 06 April 2012.

With todays economy, and people continuously moving into a new job, this law does not protect new employees who are willing to go to work, and don't have any rights to keep their job when they have done nothing wrong.
