to ban cold calling ether by phone or by door to door as this will reduce the number of cases of fraud reducing the number of elderly and vulnerable people being scammed also making sure the inappropriate texts messages are not sent to underage people as my 12 year old daughter was sent a barrage sales text for a porn site this should be band
