Stop Thames Water charging us £29 extra 2013
Thames Water makes enough profit, which they pay to their shareholders and milk the general public due to their monopoly on the water supply market. This is unfair due to them having a monopoly plus why should we pay for other customer's bad debt and Thames Water's inefficiency at collecting this bad debt.
