Expand Manston International Airport instead of Lydd
Instead of expanding Lydd Airport, expand the already slightly larger Manston Airport, near Canterbury. The High Speed 1 line to Ashford could be extended and be given a higher speed, allowing for a connection from Manston to London in under an hour.
