Additional Information

A petition requesting that the Government introduce measures to prevent mortgage lenders imposing punitive mortgage conditions and fees for those home owners needing or wishing to rent their property.
The risk of non payment of a mortgage remains at the same level, if not lower when a property is rented, therefore these unnecessary additional costs represent pure profiteering by the banks.
