Repeal the foreign children with British fathers law

Additional Information

If a child is born over seas to a British father, due to an outdated Second World War law, they can not live here, unless the mother is british, even if half of their family is here in the uk.
My fiancée was born in the USA to a British father and american mother, and we have to fork out for a fiancée visa for her to come live here, had her mother been british, she could live here no problem!
