Ministerial Qualifications
The Country's welfare is too important to leave to unqualified people - This petition calls for any minister holding a specific cabinet office to be qualified in their specific field - i.e. a chancellor must hold an economics degree or higher, a justice secretary must hold a law degree or higher.
