Extend HS2 rail proposals to Chester and to Holyhead

Additional Information

If HS2 is ever to benefit a large part of the country it needs to reach parts that the other rail networks cannot reach.

Therefore please consider extending HS2 proposals to reach Chester and the Wirral peninsula and to reach Holyhead, for services to Ireland
