Investigate the illegal detention of David Miranda
We demand an expanation as to why David Miranda (Partner of Guardian journalist Glen Greenwald) was illegally held under schedule 7 of the terrorism act (2000), when he was transiting Heathrow Airport.
It is clear that there was no suspicion of terrorism, and questions only related to his partner's journalism.
We further demand that parliment investigates the scope of this act, as it is clear that government agencies are currently misusing the act.
