Human rights and justice

Additional Information

Human rights and the justice system are incompatible in getting sufficient deterrents to matter to a member of the criminal fraternity. I have a simple easy to understand. New law that needs to be discussed and actioned.

Any person who infringes anothers Human rights and is found guilty of doing so with intent should have their Human rights revoked for the duration of any form of punishment given by the court. Only the very basic of any rights should be continued through the term of imprisonment or other form of retribution. These should only include food and water and basic habitat. Any other rights could be earned back dependent on initial crime and or behavior.
