Ban special offers involving multi-buy on perishable goods.

If a company wants to promote a certain perishable item then they can reduce the price of a single item instead.

This will help reduce food waste. And allow single people or the elderly to buy what is needed at a special price rather than buy too much and later throw some away or just go without.
