Decriminalisation for the use of Medical Marijuana
A lot of people are becoming aware of the medicinal benefits of the cannabis plant. More and more research is being uncovered daily to show that properties of the cannabis plant can have a positive effect on certain illnesses.
If the proof is there, why can't something be done about it.
