Ensure that PCCs found guilty of criminal offences pay the cost of any new elections caused by their criminality.
They will be able to afford it out of their severance and compensation payments AND their HUGE taxpayer funded, gold plated pensions because we know they belong to that lucky group of people who have contracts which make them much wealthier if they are sacked for gross misconduct, after a short time in post, than if they stay in the job for a lifetime.
