Allow motorcyclists to record and send in footage of traffic offences to the police.

Additional Information

Allow motorcyclists and cyclists to send in recorded footage of motoring offences to the police as evidence for prosecution.

The government could even supply helmet cameras to participating riders.

The Benefits:
Reduces the number of fixed cameras
Better vantage point from filtering through traffic and a higher seating position than cars.
Decrease offenders by having larger presence of motorcycles than police.
Wide areas covered efficiently
