Get Spotted pages closed down

These "spotted" pages they are popping up all over Facebook , supposedly for fun and social purposes - they are not fun and how is ridiculing someone personally to the effect it's bullying a social purpose??
It's alright them saying we will remove any post deemed offensive yeah that's great 24 hours later when the person concerned has already been humiliated it doesn't remove the hurt and upset caused. These pages need to be banned.
