Reduce quad bike road tax

Additional Information

Quad bikes are low emission vehicles that are fuel economic. They are insured by motorbike firms and charged as motorbikes for tolls, it is wrong that vehicles that have better fuel economy and pollute less than motorbikes and superbikes are charged so much more than bikes.
