The Motability Scheme needs urgent review

Additional Information

Absolutely no doubt that disabled people need to be supported and not stigmatised, but surely a low spec basic car for transport is sufficient for most. High spec soft tops should not be available. This is an area where there is a lot of corruption and a lot of people getting away with playing the system.
