It should be illegal to advertise jobs for specific nationalities unless it is a specific employment requirement.

Additional Information

Numerous employers are advertising general vacancies for specific nationalities e.g eastern european. This restricts other nationalities from applying for the vacancy eventhough they may have the relevant skills. These job advertisments may be viewed as racial discrimination.
The Goverment should make this practice illegal and amend the Equality Act 2010.
