Petition Action

Introduce conflict resolution into schools and compulsory workshops into child custody disputes

Additional Information

I would like to petition the Government to introduce techniques for conflict resolution into the school curriculum and introduce therapy and conflict resolution workshops as the basis for solving child custody disputes.
Teaching children how to resolve conflicts at an early age will help them develop meaningful relationships based on love understanding and empathy. This will impact on reducing domestic abuse build stronger lasting relationships for the long term. Moving to a therapy based approach to child custody disputes based on Non Violent Communication and dialectical behaviour therapy will reduce anxiety levels in children with seperated parents. This will have long term benefits for the children.
