Fines for Cyclists that run red lights

Additional Information

Cyclists that go through red lights at their will should be punished similarly to drivers who run red lights. Obviously they can't get points, but they should be fined. The police should take this more seriously because they are being a danger to themselves and other road users. Also, it's really annoying to watch them trundle through reds.
