Additional Information

Records from passed doctors and different hospitals are not passed on unless requested.
This can mean that important clues can be missed of issues that may be long term.

I think it would be the best situation for the hospitals and doctors to be able to easily search this information going forward. This may actually save time and get to a diagnosis quicker.
