Greyhounds/dangerous dogs should always be muzzled in public/residential areas for safety of humans and pets

Additional Information

Humans and household pets are been killed and needlessly attacked. Its becoming more and more frequent. In the interest of the public it would be safer for greyhounds and dangerous dogs to be muzzled and leashed in all public and residential areas, as family's are being traumatised by attacks on pets and loved ones.
