Clean up Norbury, London

Additional Information

I moved to Norbury in 1994, at that time Norbury was a nice clean town. Croydon Council has abandoned Norbury. The government should ensure that the high streets pavements are clean. Today the streets are scattered with rubbish, the once quiet Norbury is slowly becoming West Croydon, highstreets is becoming over populated with Meat and vegetable shops.
