Save Minsthorpe Pool

Additional Information

Despite the governments assurance of an Olympic legacy, the cuts imposed on our local council have led to the only public leisure facility, namely the local pool, servicing over 21.000 to be closed for spurious reasons.
We need this facility. Notwithstanding the governments resolution to have all primary school children to swim 25 metres before leaving, the alternatives offered by the council mean children lose 1/2 days education to attend swimming lessons.
