Fake Reference Pricing
What something was priced at should be irrelevant in the decision to buy.
If businesses want to claim they are selling a bargain they should be forced to reference their price to their buying cost.
Instead of claiming '50% off' it would be more helpful to show 'bought for £x on sale for only £x'
