Send anti-chemical warfare equipment to all sides in Syria

Instead of getting involved in a morally questionable and illegal war in Syria, we, the UK, should send all parties in Syria anti-chemical warfare equipment (such as masks, decontamination kits, suits, oxime/atropine autojectors) to help ensure that the number of casualties are minimised, regardless of the aggressor.
