Creation of a permanent memorial to drummer Lee Rigby and all off duty servicemen murdered by terrorists

Additional Information

I humbly request the renaming of a park or a public open space in honour of drummer Lee Rigby in or near the scene of his murder. to commemorate both drummer Rigby and all other off duty servicemen murdered by terrorists in recent history. Also I ask that a permanent memorial be placed there upon which the names of all murdered off duty servicemen may be inscribed and remembered in perpetuity. If this petition is found to be unfeasible, then I request that a park or open space in drummer Rigby's home town of Middleton, Greater Manchester be renamed to fulfil the petitions' request.
