Replace student loans with a Graduate Tax

Additional Information

The current system of student loans, which creates a large debt for new (and current) students, will reduce university intake subsequently affecting the facilities and education universities provide.

A single Graduate Tax should be created which applies to every graduate over a set threshold and goes directly out of the graduate's pay packet. Exactly like the current loan repayment system, just calling a spade a spade really.
