Disadvantaged Youth Rescue Programme

Additional Information

If we have £50bn for a train line then we have £50bn to spare to build and operate say 500 schools, colleges, technical colleges and specialist training facilities to save the country's young men and women from their current hopeless prospects.

As a matter of urgency we should set up some 500 boarding schools around the country to give these young people the same opportunities as are available in the private sector though with greater emphasis on vocational training.

It is absoluely essential for the future well-being of the UK's economy that they are made able to contribute and lead fulfilling lives.

Turning around, over the years, millions of lives is of far greater importance than a railway line.
