Prosecute women or men who falsely accuse and partners, husbands, wives of sexual assault and then Ruin their lives
To prosecute either men or women who falsely accuse and waste police time and public money in bringing about prosecutions and then court action. When the accused is rightly found not guilty, they should be prosecuted. This will hopefully make them think twice about falsely accusing people. People's lives are ruined after going through this and it is wholly unjustified. Mud sticks and even when they are found not guilty it is impossible to rebuild their lives. By bringing a prosecution to the other party, they may get their name cleared in the general publics eyes.

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) can only initiate a prosecution of an individual once the Police have completed their investigations and supplied the relevent evidence to them.
The CPS do not have an investigatory function or collect evidence to assist prosecution.
