Petition Action

Launch an independent review into how Ofqual's algorithm awarded grades.

Petition Details

39.1% of students saw their A-Level results altered by one or more grade this year despite no exams being taken. It is evident that those from disadvantaged backgrounds, those receiving free school meals and those with special educational needs have seen their results downgraded dramatically.

Additional Information

We deserve to know how Ofqual awarded grades this year and why so many teacher predictions were overruled. By examining the marking system, we can award people with the grades that they deserve and ensure that something like this will not happen again.
