Government Debate And Ruling

Additional Information

Can the government decide once and for all what Liquidated means in the terms of a football club. If a club is Liquidated can it be re-launched with a different but similar sounding name using the same stadium, kit, Merchandise and History of the old club but without the obligation of playing its creditors or fines. This debate has led to public disorder to the extent that Journalists with an Opinion on the debate are being threatened in public places. It needs decided once and for all.
