Female led business inc sports to open at the same time/stage as male equivalent
Primarily female let business and sports are being left behind. Grass roots rugby is gradually opening for training, netball still are at stage 2 which puts female coaching teams, admin support and players unable work. Male grooming was open before female salons. This need to be opened FAIRLY!
These businesses can be compared like for like in terms of risk, but female led businesses are not being given the same opportunity to progress at the same pace as male business/sport.
Women work in officiating roles cannot operate, self employed women cannot make any income because the lack of FAIRNESS is apparent. Open the 'like for like' women's sport/businesses at the same time as mens.
