Ban upfront fees for Acting and Modelling agencies
Many agencies are exploiting people by promising fame in return for increasing amounts of money. In particular younger naive performers are encouraged to hand over cash in order to be 'put at an advantage' when in reality nothing will come out of it except disappointment. In any other business this would certainly be a trading standards matter so in such an expanding world of people doing anything for fame why is the law still on the side of the conman.
