Petition Action

Make a governing body to ensure court orders are adhered to.

Petition Details

We would like a governing body who is there to make sure court orders are adhered to as children in the uk and adults are suffering significant harm. I do believe this would drive down mental health in both children and adults.

Additional Information

We need someone there who can be a point of contact when an order is broken to avoid unnecessary court action as most cases do not get legal aid and children as a result are suffering and parents taking their own life.
Repair the broken Britain learn a lesson now not later.

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. Breaches of court orders are a matter for the courts, so we're not sure what else you'd like to happen.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
