Get the doctors in general practice to start face to face consultations instead of phone calls

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. GPs are able to accept in-person appointments, but it's a decision for each practice who should be seen.
