Make it mandatory policy for all Employers to give a minimum of two weeks notice to employees before they return to work.

-Helps parents arrange childcare
-Helps pet owners arrange care of pets
-Allows people to mentally prepare
-Allows Employers time to prepare working conditions
-Allows time to buy "back to school/work" essentials
-Ensures people have enough time to prepare financially eg, petrol money/bus tickets, school meals
