Change school curriculum so that high school students are learning life lessons

Petition Details

I want to change school curriculum so that high school students are learning more about life lessons such as how to pay bills and how to provide for a family and many other necessary things that teens will benefit from learning And then after they can choose in college what they would like to learn.

Additional Information

I want to change the curriculum because teens are learning useless things in life and they don’t have a choice about what there learning. Teens need to learn how to pay bills and how to buy a house, these skills are more useful that learning maths skills and being able to recite one of Shakespeare poems. Teens are waisting there time going to school to learn about things that they don’t need to know for life.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. We understand you'd like changes to the national curriculum, but we're not sure what you'd like to be added.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do, or you might like to sign some of these petitions:
