Scottish referendum should have a renegotiation option
The Scottish referendum being held in 2014 ought to have a renegotiation option.
The current structure of the United Kingdom has not worked for Scotland and this has pushed Scottish people to favour independence but a renegotiation option would appeal to those people more than a vote to leave the union.
