Debate the correctness of permitting public funds to go without tender to firms
Need to determine if due procedure has been followed when allocating funds without tender to companies who have deep associations to the current political leaders and their advisers.
The activity needs to be highly open, and publicly visible.
The only way of resolving this, is if MPs for all parties look at the correctness of the processes that have been used to allocate funds without the normal tender approach.
MPs need to determine if this is democratically correct or not.
