Create safer smoother cycle lanes
Create proper cycle lanes on most roads where reasonable to do so which have clear markings, concrete barriers on the side to stop cars accessing them to park and resurface existing ones properly to be more bike friendly.
These need to be created to encourage citizens to feel safe and secure when cycling and to encourage more people to leave their cars and ride a bike to most places.
Once more, this will increase the safety of other cyclists who do it as a sport, and I believe if properly done will decrease the amount of accidents per year.
