Tighten lockdown restrictions to help lower the number of cases

Additional Information

The UK is now considered a "red zone" as our cases have gone from 13 per 100k to 21.2 per 100k within the past month. This has increased hugely since the government eased lockdown restrictions and they are continuing to ease them despite the number of cases increasing
