make education policy independent of party politics.
Education developments and reforms in England should be the responsibility of an elected panel of successful educationists not politicians.
This would be similar to a the medical panel of Doctors.
All reforms and spending should be their remit,and their positions on a executive panel be decided by their contributions to UK education.
This will let English education develop independently of party politic and ill informed whims of one Minister
