Make it mandatory for for new houses to be fitted with solar panels.
To introduce new legislation, so that housing developers have to put solar panels on every new build, or at least install the fittings for solar panels, making it easier and cheaper for the buyer to get solar panels, and also encouraging them to do so.
Lots of fields are used for solar panel energy, at the same time much green belt land is being built on for houses. Using house roofs as a source of solar will also help reach our legal emission targets.
