Introduce a Norwegian style system that pays consumers for recycling.
Look at introducing a system whereby consumers pay a higher fee for the purchase of any drinks bottles / cans, that is later redeemable at local stores upon recycling. This is to incentivise more recycling and promote a cleaner society.
