Allow tfl private hire drivers 75% discount on congestion charge.
Tfl should give private hire drivers atleast 75% discount on congestion charge and should be given full exemption if entering charging zone after 6pm. It will help availability of private hire drivers for riders who travel for work and definitely have key role to play to keep economy moving
Private hire drivers already struggling to make their living it makes it extremely hard to pay £15 congestion charge everytime they drive into congestion charging zone . Private hire drivers don't choose to drive in charging zone they are unknowingly and unwilling made to pickup or drop of passengers into charging zone and in most cases the fare which is being either picked up or dropped off doesn't even make the amount which drives have to pay towards congestion
