Remove the requirement for a TV licence if you do not watch BBC broadcasts
Currently, we are required to buy a TV licence if we own a television, even if we only watch other TV channels. I would like Parliament to remove this requirement, so that the BBC is funded only by users of it's services.
It is abhorrent that the BBC can demand money from everyone, whether they watch BBC programmes or not. As far as I know, this is the only service where you have to subscribe, even if you never use it.
