Extend the furlough scheme for all the furlough workers till the next year 2021.
We call on the Government to keep furlough scheme going beyond October. There is news of the second corona wave and a lockdown. It will be very difficult for furlough workers to survive if they have been made redundant.
The government must extend the furlough scheme to support the millions of furlough workers' families. Extend furlough to protect the people from unemployment. We must follow other EU countries like France which has extended the furlough scheme for another 24 months.
