Allow driving instructors to carry out driving examinations and to pass students
Following recent unprecedented demand on driving tests in England, the government should allow driving instructors to pass students and give them a licence and carry out examinations.
Discuss with the DVSA to cope with demand go learner drivers on the road ASAP
